Shipping policy
Please allow up to 1-5 business days for order processing, for most products. We strive for a 1-2 day processing time. Some made to order products may take longer. Some custom made or special order products may require extended processing time. These products will have info on additional processing time in their descriptions.
Processing time is different from Shipping time. Shipping time will vary by service provider and location.
Damaged Package. Inspect your package upon arrival via shipping carrier. If there is any damage to the package, take photo records of the damage. Inspect your products. Package Theft. We are not responsible for product loss due to package theft. The customer is responsible for providing a secure place for delivered packages. There will be no refunds or replacement for packages lost by theft.
Miss-delivered/Missing Package. If your package says "Delivered" and cannot be located by yourself; please notify us and your local delivery service. Often times carriers will have a GPS location of where the package was delivered.
